• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• You will receive a confirmation message/email once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Coverage
• We currently ship across India.
• International shipping may be available on request (subject to additional charges).
3. Delivery Time
• Metro cities: 3–5 working days
• Other cities & towns: 5–7 working days
• Remote locations: 7–10 working days
(Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.)
4. Shipping Charges
• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499
• Standard shipping charge of ₹100 for orders below ₹499
5. Order Tracking
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.
• Track your order anytime through our courier partner’s website.
6. Packaging
• All Herbelixir products are packed securely to maintain quality and hygiene.
• Special care is taken for liquid and herbal formulations.
7. Failed Delivery
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
• Please ensure accurate details while placing your order.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
• If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
