Procedure & Things needed: Cut Ugamchid Gond into small pieces of 8-10 gms, take 250 ml of milk, and add 250 ml of water to it. Take one small piece of gum and put it into milk and water after tieing it in a muslin/cotton cloth.

How to consume After tying, boil it until the water dries out and the 500 ml of liquid blends dries to 250 ml. then squeeze the cloth to extract the remains of the gum in it and discard the remains in the cloth after squeezing.

When to drink: Drink the milk before going to bed. Mix sugar if required.
